Ensures 100% customer satisfaction. - Tracks technician productivity to ensure fair distribution of work. - Maintains a service scheduling form (route sheet) on an accurate and continuous basis. - Checks and monitors progress of repairs throughout the day.  Notifies ASM/Managers of potential production problems. - Maintains communication with ASM's, Management and Technicians regarding job status. - Provides additional vehicle condition information to the technical staff as needed. - Properly documents repair order changes. - Ensures that the flat rate time or other required timekeeping according to the service department and/or manufacturers procedures has been met. - Conducts all business with sincerity, honesty and genuine concern for customers. - Books outlines on RO's as the Technician completes the job. - Uses appropriate billing tools and follows all Manufacturer, State and Federal requirements. - Conducts business with sincerity, honesty and genuine concern for customers. - Tracks of all carryovers ensuring timely completion of vehicle repairs. - Pre-schedules appointments for all special ordered parts. - Monitors the status of special order parts on a daily basis. - Reports to management any situation or condition that would jeopardize the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its customers or employees. - Assists Service Management whenever necessary. You need... - Must have automotive service dispatcher experience. - Understanding of the service work-flow process - Proficient at operating a personal computer including Microsoft Office: E-mail, Excel and Word. - ADP/CDK Dealer Services Experience a plus. - Ability to work independently and be self-motivated. - Great attitude with high-energy personality. - Excellent customer service skills. - Professional appearance and work ethic. - Strong attention to detail. - Ability to work well in a process driven environment. - Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. - High school diploma or equivalent. - Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.
