    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for day-to-day administration of 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Plan including working with vendors, communications to employees, and providing guidance and decision making for all aspects of plan administration
    • Responsible for processing weekly 401K funding, as well as all weekly, monthly, and quarterly 401K and Equity reporting
    • Responsible for annual filings (5500, 5330), 401k audit, and Non-Discrimination Testing
    • Responsible for ESPP administration including quarterly purchases, enrollment, and withdrawals
    • Responsible for auditing the 401K and ESPP plans to ensure accurate employee data and contributions
    • Coordinate 401K committee meetings and maintain agenda and minutes
    • Work closely with the Benefits and Compensation Managers on cross-functional projects to improve the efficiency of current and/or new processes and procedures
    • Work closely with Payroll and Accounting on auditing, corrections, and adjustments if needed
    • Put together monthly auto debit for accounting of all benefits related items
    • Ensure compliance with IRS rules and possess knowledge of ERISA regulations
    • Responsible for potential projects and other retirement requirements as they arise

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
    • Proficient in Excel required
    • Ability and desire to learn Access
    • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Must be detail oriented
    • Proven success in prioritizing and meeting deadlines
    • Able to work in a team environment
    • Self-starter
    • This position does not have any direct reports.
