  • Assist wholesale customers over the phone and in person
  • Take orders through various web based applications
  • Determine the needs of customers and accurately look up parts
  • Maintain an exceptional level of customer service
  • Answer customer questions and concerns via email
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers and delivery company
  • Reach out to prospective customers in order to further grow the department
  • Other duties as directed by management


  • 3+ years automotive parts experience is preferred
  • Must be a customer-oriented, self-motivated and a team player
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Must be comfortable using a computer
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule that will include Saturdays
  • Above-average communication skills
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
