Elite Acura is part of Group 1 Automotive, a Fortune 250 company and one of the fastest-growing leaders in automotive retail. We are seeking an Automotive Sales Professional to deliver an exceptional customer experience, build lasting customer relationships, and achieve sales goals. 

• Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models 

• Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers  

• Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.  

• Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business 

• Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers 

• Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards 

• 1-2+ years of sales experience. Previously automotive experience preferred

• Strong desire to succeed in a commission-driven, performance-based environment 

• Excellent customer service skills 

• High school diploma or equivalent 

• Valid driver license and a good driving record 

 

Compensation: The range in yearly compensation reasonably expected for this position is $60'000-$100'000 / a year. Compensation may vary based on several factors, including individual performance and market conditions.
