Overview

 

BMW of Arlington is seeking an experienced and driven BDC Manager to lead our Business Development Center and help drive continued growth in sales and customer engagement.

This is an opportunity for a proven automotive professional who excels at developing people, creating processes, and maximizing appointment-setting performance. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who understands how to convert internet, phone, and digital leads into showroom traffic while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

 
  • Manage the daily operations of the dealership's Business Development Center
  • Recruit, train, coach, and motivate BDC representatives
  • Monitor inbound and outbound call performance
  • Ensure timely follow-up on internet, phone, and digital leads
  • Drive appointment-setting and appointment-show rates
  • Track KPIs and implement strategies to improve performance
  • Work closely with sales management to maximize lead conversion
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism
  • Develop and enforce BDC best practices and processes

 

Qualifications

  • Previous Automotive BDC Manager experience required
  • Proven success leading a dealership BDC team
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms and lead management processes
  • Experience with internet sales, digital retailing, and customer follow-up strategies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze reports and drive performance through accountability
  • Professional references required
