An established automotive group is seeking an experienced Used Vehicle Sales Manager to lead and grow the pre-owned vehicle operation at a successful dealership in the Oklahoma City/Edmond market.

 

This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven automotive professional who has a track record of increasing used vehicle sales, developing high-performing teams, and driving dealership profitability

 

Responsibilities

 

 
  • Manage all aspects of the pre-owned vehicle sales department
  • Drive used vehicle sales volume, profitability, and inventory turn
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales staff
  • Monitor and improve sales processes, customer satisfaction, and performance metrics
  • Work closely with inventory acquisition and pricing strategies
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and results-driven culture

 

Qualifications

 

 
  • Previous Used Car Manager experience is required
  • Proven success managing a high-performing used vehicle department
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
  • Ability to manage inventory, pricing, merchandising, and sales processes
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong understanding of dealership operations, gross profit management, and performance reporting
