Overview

Bob Howard Collision Center is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Collision Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and preparing repaired vehicles for delivery to customers, ensuring each vehicle meets our high standards of quality and presentation. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong attention to detail, and is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience

 

Responsibilities

 
  • Clean and detail vehicles after collision repairs are completed.
  • Wash, vacuum, and sanitize vehicle interiors and exteriors.
  • Remove dust, overspray, polishing residue, and other repair-related contaminants.
  • Inspect vehicles to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met before customer delivery.
  • Perform final quality checks and report any concerns to management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized detailing area.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Assist with moving vehicles as needed around the collision center.

 

Qualifications

 
  • Previous automotive detailing experience preferred.
  • Collision center detailing experience is a plus, as post-repair detailing requires specialized attention and processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
  • Valid driver's license required

Compensation

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour, with higher compensation available based on experience.
