Responsibilities

  • Perform vehicle alignments accurately and efficiently
  • Mount, replace, balance, rotate, and repair tires
  • Inspect tires and check tire pressure, tread depth, and overall condition
  • Properly complete assigned services and repairs based on training and experience
  • Follow manufacturer guidelines, published procedures, and all applicable safety requirements
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Accurately document completed services and repairs
  • Safely operate customer and company vehicles in accordance with company driving policies
  • Protect the confidentiality of company and customer information
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Consistently demonstrate Group 1 Automotive’s core values
  • Maintain a professional appearance and conduct in the workplace
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive alignment or tire-service experience required
  • Familiarity with alignment and tire-service equipment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to follow established processes and safety procedures
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and customer-service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
