Group 1 Buick GMC South is growing and looking for highly motivated sales professionals to join our team in representing some of the most sought after cars, trucks, and SUVs in the automotive industry! We're looking for energetic, enthusiastic team members who are passionate about showcasing the advanced technology and driving capabilities of our vehicles.

 

No automotive experience? No problem, we're willing to train the right client facing, sales driven candidate on the automotive side of the business. If you're looking for a career with real opportunities for advancement and strong earning potential, this is the place to be!

• Greet and engage customers on the lot and showroom floor, building rapport to understand their needs and vehicle preferences
• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and performance capabilities through test drives and walkarounds
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact through financing and delivery
• Maintain up to date knowledge of current inventory, incentives, and competitor offerings
• Follow up with prospects and past customers to build long term relationships and generate repeat and referral business
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while delivering a high quality customer experience
• Partner with the finance and sales management team to structure deals and close sales
• Accurately maintain customer records and update CRM with all interactions and follow ups

• Sales or client facing customer service experience required, (automotive sales experience is a plus but not necessary)

• Must have a Valid Driver’s License

Social Media & Online Selling Skills

• Strong social media skills, with established and active accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

• Comfortable creating and posting content daily, including photos, videos, product updates, and engaging posts.

• Familiarity with social media trends and the ability to create engaging content to attract customers and increase sales.

• Previous experience selling products through Facebook Marketplace or other online marketplaces is a strong plus.

• Self-motivated, creative, and comfortable using social media to promote products and connect with potential customers.
