Group 1 Hyundai Southwest Houston is seeking motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Professionals to join our high-performing sales team! This is a great opportunity for individuals who love customer service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to build a long-term career in automotive sales, without the pressure of commission.

 

This non-commissioned role offers a competitive base salary plus store CSI bonuses and per-delivery pay, along with a 4-day work week.

Social Media & Online Selling Skills

• Strong social media skills, with established and active accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

• Comfortable creating and posting content daily, including photos, videos, product updates, and engaging posts.

• Familiarity with social media trends and the ability to create engaging content to attract customers and increase sales.

• Previous experience selling products through Facebook Marketplace or other online marketplaces is a strong plus.

• Self-motivated, creative, and comfortable using social media to promote products and connect with potential customers.

• Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models
• Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers
• Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
• Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business
• Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers
• Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards

• Customer-facing sales experience required (automotive sales experience is a plus!)
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• Experience handling phone leads and Internet inquiries is a strong plus
• Strong desire to succeed in a commission-driven, performance-based environment
• Positive attitude with a high-energy personality
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record
