Toyota of Albuquerque, part of the Group 1 Automotive family, is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our award-winning Service Department.

 

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our guests, helping create the exceptional experience that Lexus customers have come to expect. Responsibilities

  • Deliver a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for every customer.
  • Assist customers with service inquiries, scheduling appointments, and answering questions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding their service experience and next steps.
  • Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Support dealership goals by providing exceptional service that encourages customer loyalty and retention.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, call center, or sales experience preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software.
  • Strong work ethic with a customer-first mindset.
  • Professional appearance and presentation.
