The New Vehicle Sales Manager leads the sales team to achieve dealership sales and profitability goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role oversees sales operations, inventory management, team development, forecasting, and customer satisfaction, while partnering with leadership and finance to drive department success. Compensation: The compensation for this position is wholly commission-based. As a result, compensation may vary based on several factors, including individual performance and market conditions. The range in monthly compensation reasonably expected for this position is $150’000 – $220’000 /year.
