Sales Coordinator - Customer Relationship Management

 

Town North Nissan is part of the fast growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail. Our Dealership Support Center located in the showroom, is where the Sales Coordinator will answer customer inquiries via phone and emails.

 

Brief Overview for the Position

  • Using strong technical and Internet skills, applying a strong work ethic, and attention to detail regarding client documentation and follow up, our Sales Coordinator will Inspire enthusiasm and loyalty in customers who contact Town North Nissan with inquiries about vehicle purchases.
  • Provide world-class customer service in every interaction for optimal Sales Center performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Work toward 100% conversion of every inbound customer call and internet inquiry to a scheduled appointment to increase new and pre-owned sales.
  • Follow up on all inquiries to ensure resolution satisfies customer, dealership, and company expectations.
  • Accurately advise customers on vehicle descriptions, specific dealership products, pricingand services for all models in order to schedule an appointment for the customer to visit the dealership as part of the vehicle purchase process.

  • Exemplary Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Ability to participate in a rotation for after-hours, weekend, and holiday coverage
  • Strong negotiation skills in the ability to secure appointments
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must have a Valid Driver’s License
