Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience
- Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates
- Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion
- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle
- Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information
Minimum Qualifications:
- Automotive Service Advisor experience is required.
- Must be available to work Monday through Saturday
- Positive & Friendly Attitude
- Interpersonal Communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Strong desire to provide an exceptional client experience
- Ability to achieve targeted goals
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License
- Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening

The compensation for this position is salary plus commission. This is a base salary of $2,000 per month. Earnings from commissions may vary based on several factors, including individual performance and market conditions, allowing total income up to $40,000 - $100,000 a year.
