Group 1 Honda of Owings Mills is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. This role is ideal for driven professionals who thrive in a fast-paced service environment, enjoy working with customers, and can confidently recommend maintenance and repair services.

• Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience
• Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates
• Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion
• Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle
• Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information

• 1+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience is required.
• Must be available to work Monday through Saturday
• Positive & Friendly Attitude
• Interpersonal Communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Strong desire to provide an exceptional client experience
• Ability to achieve targeted goals
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License
• Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening

The compensation for this position is salary plus commission. This is a base salary of $2,000 per month.  Earnings from commissions may vary based on several factors, including individual performance and market conditions, allowing total income up to $50,000 - $100,000 a year.
