Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models
- Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
- Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business
- Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers
- Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of Automotive Sales experience preferred.
- Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
- Confidence in your ability to be successful.
- A desire to work in a commission, performance-based, environment.
- Great attitude with high-energy personality.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Self-starter and self-motivated.
- Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.

The compensation for this position is wholly commission-based. As a result, compensation may vary based on several factors, including individual performance and market conditions. The range in monthly compensation reasonably expected for this position is $50,000 - $83,000 /year.
