IRA Toyota of Danvers is part of fast growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail and we are looking to add a qualified Part-Time Receptionist to our team.  With our state-of-the-art facility, unbeatable work environment, and industry-leading compensation, you'll have the tools and resources to thrive and reach new heights in your career.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer all incoming department telephone calls according to company policies and good telephone etiquette.
  • Direct telephone calls to the appropriate parties, as necessary.
  • Take written messages for occupied personnel and notify them as soon as possible regarding pending messages.
  • Assist Customers in scheduling appointment s for repairs.
  • Organize paperwork for incoming appointments.
  • Perform cashiering duties for payment of repairs
  • Handle and account for the cash in and out in the assigned cash draw
  • Provide support with e mailing, typing, mail, filing, etc.

 

Qualifications: 

  • Previous automotive / dealership experienced is a plus
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Saturday availability
  • Superior customer service skills
  • High school diploma or the equivalent

 

Qualifications

Compensation: The pay for this position is $15.30 - $19.00/hr. based on experience.
