Group 1 Automotive is a fast-growing leader in automotive retail, and we are looking to add qualified Automotive Service Advisor to our team at Nissan Southwest Houston.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience
  • Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates
  • Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion
  • Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information

Qualifications

  • Strong sales acumen or minimum 1 year of experience as an automotive service advisor
  • Proven track record of accountability, teamwork, and initiative, with the ambition to grow into a leadership or management position within the organization
  • Familiarity with CSI scores/customer surveys
  • Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
