Requirements (include but are not limited to):
Excellent customer service skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel etc)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Outstanding communication skills, both verbally and written
A can-do attitude with high-energy
Professional appearance and work ethic
Self-starter and self-motivated with the ability to follow direction
Ability to work well in a process driven environment
High school diploma or equivalent required / college a plus
Valid U.S. drivers license with a good driving record
Available for work 9:00 am to 6:00pm - 5 days a week with an occasional Saturday
Farsi or Mandarin speaker is a PLUS!
