Overview

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting a high-volume national recruiting function across multiple markets. This position strengthens the operational backbone of the Talent Acquisition team through sourcing support, event logistics, reporting, ATS cleanup, and corporate project execution.

This individual partners closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Senior Talent Acquisition Partners by producing collateral, managing recruiting resources, cleaning and maintaining our ATS data environment, and providing sourcing assistance for hard-to-fill roles. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage weekly & monthly Talent Acquisition reporting
  • Serve as a sourcing resource for high-need markets and strategic roles, including service technicians, corporate/business service center, and other priority areas. Execute outreach messaging to generate initial candidate interest before handoff to TA Partners
  • Create and manage event collateral including brochures, handouts, market materials, and digital info sheets. Coordinate swag orders, vendor quotes, printing requests, and shipping logistics to hiring events, markets, and trade schools
  • Support national hiring events, tech school partnerships, workforce centers, and other pipeline-building initiatives through logistics, materials preparation, and communication management
  • Assist in building relationships with workforce centers, technical schools, community organizations, and local talent pipelines
  • Create PowerPoint presentations for market meetings, quarterly updates, recruiting strategy sessions, and special projects
  • Support process documentation, SOP updates, templates, and workflow guides to improve TA execution
  • Perform weekly ATS cleanup to ensure requisition accuracy, proper candidate status management, and data consistency

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, operations, HR coordination, or administrative support (corporate environment preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or Human Capital Management systems required
  • Strong project management, organization, and logistical planning skills
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication; professional and confident in stakeholder interactions
  • ATS experience preferred (Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse, or similar)
  • Experience with reporting tools, pulling data and excel
  • Ability to create skilled PowerPoint presentations
  • Adaptable, resourceful, proactive, and able to anticipate needs and take initiative
