Responsibilities
- Maintains the overall appearance of new and used vehicles and may be responsible for cleaning the vehicles and monitoring all vehicle fluid levels and replenish as needed.
- Drives vehicles to different areas of the dealership as directed by management and in accordance with dealership display standards.
- Cleans driveway, sidewalks and other areas as directed by management.
- Keeps new and used vehicle lots neat and organized as directed by management.
- Provides transportation for customers.
- Responsible for introducing our clients to their new cars and review the features of each vehicle.
- Responsible for delivering vehicle to customer according to dealership and manufacturer guidelines.
- Coordinates delivery with customer
- Observes that the vehicle is detailed, full of fuel, has all requested accessories installed and is in delivery area ready for customer
- Demonstrate Interior and Exterior vehicle features and personalize the delivery to the customer's needs
- Communicate the benefits of owning the vehicle purchased as well as the dealership services and amenities
- Explain warranties and all documents
- Must be alert of traffic flow to sales and service lots.
- Must follow all company safety policies and procedures and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager.
- Other duties may be assigned by management.
- Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
Qualifications
- Ability to operate both standard and automotive vehicles.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.
