Acura of Fort Myers is part of the fast-growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail.  We are looking to add a qualified, experienced Business Development Center (BDC) Manager to our team.

Responsibilities

  • Track ROI of various lead providers and provide quarterly performance updates 
  • Manage a team of BDC Agents 
  • Hold team accountable for proper handling of internet leads and phone calls from sales prospects 
  • Generate sales appointments through outbound prospecting and campaigns 
  • Drive Sales, CSI, and retention 

Qualifications

 

  • Ability to hold team members, co-workers and vendors accountable 
  • Hold yourself and others to high moral and ethical standards and conduct yourself with honesty and integrity 
  • Outgoing personality with strength at developing relationships and sales team members 
  • Outstanding organizational skills 
  • Superior communication skills, both oral and written 
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast paced, pressure filled, call center environment 

 

Requirements: 

  • 2-3 years of internet sales, sales management or digital marketing experience (Automotive) 
  • Previous internet sales training 
  • Strong computer skills, Tech Savvy and reporting ability 
  • Must have a valid driver's license and submit to a pre-employment background check, DMV, MVR, drug screen
