We are growing and looking for Service Business Development Center Agent to join our team! A Service BDC Agent should be passionate about customer service, take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a winning team that cares about employees.

 

The salary for this position is $18 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive inbound service calls
  • Contact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve customer loyalty
  • Develop pipeline of service opportunity leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
  • Customer Satisfaction follow up calls
  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Missed appointment follow up
  • Declined services follow up
  • Any additional duties assigned by manager
  • Stay up to date on active service specials and ongoing Honda manufacture recalls
  • Properly inform and advise customers on what to expect with their service appointments
  • Outstanding Customer Service

Qualifications:

  • Auto dealership Internet or Business Development Center (BDC) experience is a plus!
  • Superior communication and customer service skills
  • Solid working knowledge of the Internet
  • Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
