Procurement Data Analytics Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Data Analytics Manager to join our Procurement / Supply Chain team. The successful candidate will possess a blend of technical, analytical, and strategic capabilities.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor procurement KPIs (e.g. cost savings, supplier performance, and contract compliance).
• Analyze spending data to identify trends, opportunities and risks across suppliers and dealerships.
• Collaborate with managers and sourcing teams to support strategic initiatives and data-driven insights.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and risk mitigation.
• Lead data cleansing, enrichment and classification efforts to ensure high-quality procurement data.
• Implement and manage procurement analytics tools and platforms (i.e. Power BI & Qlik).
• Proficiency with AI-driven and technical tools
• Support supplier segmentation and risk analysis using internal and external data sources.
• Partner with IT and Finance to ensure data integration and alignment across systems.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to inform decision making.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in procurement analytics and digital transformation.

• 5-7 years of experience in procurement data analytics.

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge: VLOOKUP/XLLOOKUP, Power Query, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
• Ad hoc analysis and data manipulation.
