Responsibilities

 

  • Review employee pay plans to ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and guidelines based on department and position.
  • Accurately enter, update, and end-date pay plans within the electronic database as required.
  • Prepare and reconcile end-of-period commission reports; verify accuracy and distribute to department managers for employee review and confirmation.
  • Record additional end-of-period bonuses, ensuring proper supporting documentation is received and validated from department managers.
  • Prepare and post final commission entries to the appropriate general ledger accounts.
  • Assist in resolving discrepancies or questions related to commission processing in a timely manner.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation to support audits and compliance reviews.
  • Assist with special projects and perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong Multitasker
  • Detail Oriented
  • Ability to adapt to changing processes

 

Relevant Experience – preferred, not required:

  • Dealership experience
  • Accounting experience
  • Payroll experience
  • Customer service experience
