Key Responsibilities

  • Support the transition from Sales to the Finance & Insurance (F&I) department
  • Accurately break down, scan, and process automotive retail finance deals
  • Organize and store documents in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Monitor and resolve funding delays by coordinating with lenders and internal teams
  • Assist in preparing finance reports and other administrative duties as assigned
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with all regulations and company procedures
  • Collaborate with coworkers to ensure smooth finance operations
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in automotive finance or document processing is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
