Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the internet sales department, ensuring a smooth and effective operation
- Lead a team in handling internet leads efficiently, converting inquiries into sales opportunities
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of E-Leads and CDK systems to maximize lead generation and management
- Develop and implement effective internet lead handling processes to achieve high closing rates
- Monitor and report on online sales performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Provide exceptional customer service, representing the BMW brand with professionalism and excellence
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Internet Sales Manager or similar role in the automotive industry
- Luxury experience preferred
- Strong proficiency with E-Leads and CDK systems, with a demonstrated track record of effectively managing online sales leads
- A history of high closing rates and successful internet lead handling processes
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for the automotive industry and in-depth knowledge of BMW products and services
