About the Role

As a Technology Specialist, you’ll support the sales team and serve as the go-to expert on Lexus technology. Your goal? To ensure every client feels confident and excited about their new vehicle and the features that come with it.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support Client Sales Advisors with product-related tasks
  • Provide in-depth explanations of vehicle features and benefits tailored to client needs
  • Maintain clear communication with the sales team regarding vehicle deliveries and schedule changes
  • Schedule and manage follow-up appointments with clients
  • Stay up to date on all Lexus vehicles and competitive models
  • Follow up with new owners to ensure satisfaction with their purchase
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for the Lexus brand and a strong knowledge of emerging tech
  • Use digital tools confidently (e.g., tablets, social media, video content)
  • Assist with other sales department duties as needed
  • Availability to work Saturdays is required

 

What You Bring

  • Strong familiarity with social media and content creation (e.g., recording and sharing videos)
  • A professional appearance and demeanor
  • Positive, friendly, and confident attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • Willingness and ability to learn and present vehicle technology
  • Availability to work some evenings
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • College degree preferred but not required
  • Valid driver’s license required
