About the Role
As a Technology Specialist, you’ll support the sales team and serve as the go-to expert on Lexus technology. Your goal? To ensure every client feels confident and excited about their new vehicle and the features that come with it.
Responsibilities:
- Support Client Sales Advisors with product-related tasks
- Provide in-depth explanations of vehicle features and benefits tailored to client needs
- Maintain clear communication with the sales team regarding vehicle deliveries and schedule changes
- Schedule and manage follow-up appointments with clients
- Stay up to date on all Lexus vehicles and competitive models
- Follow up with new owners to ensure satisfaction with their purchase
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for the Lexus brand and a strong knowledge of emerging tech
- Use digital tools confidently (e.g., tablets, social media, video content)
- Assist with other sales department duties as needed
- Availability to work Saturdays is required
What You Bring
- Strong familiarity with social media and content creation (e.g., recording and sharing videos)
- A professional appearance and demeanor
- Positive, friendly, and confident attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- Willingness and ability to learn and present vehicle technology
- Availability to work some evenings
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College degree preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license required
