Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire process of preparing vehicles for retail and wholesale, ensuring optimal efficiency and profitability.
  • Manage the detailed processes of vehicle detailing, photography, and mechanical and cosmetic reconditioning.
  • Coordinate with transporters for the timely arrival and dispatch of inventory.
  • Ensure that all vehicles are brought to retail-ready condition promptly.
  • Oversee wholesale disposals, maximizing cash flow.
  • Implement and manage effective processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to align with sales and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist in developing and documenting improved processes as change management occurs

Qualifications:

  • Automotive sales or BDC experience
  • Ability to think critically and problem solve to arrange new & used cars on lot
  • CDK/AAX and Inventory Plus experience a plus! 
  • Very good with taking and uploading photos
  • Tech and computer savvy
  • Ability to thrive in fast paced environment
  • Work well with team and individually
  • Good time management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
