Financial Systems Analyst

• Provide ongoing maintenance and support, including upgrades to related software systems, developing reports (including SmartView), and incident resolution.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for system enhancements and assist with improvement initiatives to ensure the best use of the Oracle Cloud ERP General Ledger and EPM Planning system.
• Partner with users to collect and document business requirements for system enhancements and improvements
• Test financial system applications during system enhancements, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Partner with Information Technology and FP&A departments on projects or enhancements to financial systems or reporting.
• Deliver training to new users and ongoing skill enhancement training to existing users; update and improve training materials as needed
• Assist in integrations and perform validations to ensure data flows downstream as required.
• Maintain and audit user permissions.
• Perform monthly planning system maintenance tasks including updating metadata structures / scenario / version rollovers and accurate synchronization / integration of data from other financial systems.
• Develop and run EPM reports, and dashboards
• Develop and Maintain PyCAF integrations between Oracle Cloud and various other systems.
• Responsible for updating artifacts and process documentation.
• Special projects and other duties as assigned.

• 1+ years of experience in information systems management or finance systems management (required).
• 1+ years of experience supporting a Tier 1 ERP/EPM software (required), preferably Oracle Cloud EPM Planning.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel (required).
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and VBA (preferred).
• Experience supporting finance team (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate systems concepts to finance personnel.
• Independent problem solving and drive to self teach.
• Focus on accurate system data and calculations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Accounting, or equivalent (required)
