As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a high-impact Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and transform our national recruiting function.

 

Position Overview

 

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead a geographically dispersed team of 10 regional recruiters in supporting the company’s high-volume, full-cycle recruitment needs across both sales and operations. This leader will play a critical role in aligning talent acquisition strategies with corporate growth initiatives and operational goals. Reporting to the Director of Talent Management and working closely with senior corporate and operations leaders, this position requires a proactive, hands-on approach to recruiting and reengineering the talent acquisition function to meet the demands of a highly matrixed and rapidly scaling business. The ideal candidate will balance traditional headhunting techniques with strategic relationship management, operating as a hands-on people partner capable of identifying hard-to-find talent and managing high-level executive searches.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

Talent Acquisition Leadership
Apply traditional and digital headhunting techniques to proactively source and engage niche or passive talent.
Serve as a hands-on recruitment partner for executive-level hiring initiatives, managing full-cycle searches for critical leadership roles.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a team of 10 full-cycle regional recruiters across the U.S.
  • Partner with regional and corporate leadership to forecast hiring needs and align recruiting strategies with business goals.
  • Champion a proactive recruitment approach that emphasizes candidate engagement, speed, and cultural alignment.
Process Transformation & Standardization
Collaborate with HRIS and Talent Management to build, test, and roll out the Workday Recruiting module as part of our digital transformation efforts.
  • Reengineer and standardize talent acquisition processes to align with corporate expectations and enable scalability.
  • Implement technology and workflow improvements to increase efficiency and reporting visibility.
  • Establish internal recruiting standards and ensure consistent hiring manager and candidate experiences nationwide.
  • Pipeline Development & Community Engagement
  • Establish strategic partnerships with local technical schools, colleges, and community organizations to create talent pipelines.
  • Represent the company at hiring events and career fairs in collaboration with site leaders and recruiters.
Recruiting Operations & Metrics
  • Develop and manage KPIs to track and optimize team performance and hiring outcomes.
  • Use data analytics to assess hiring trends, recruiter effectiveness, and time-to-fill metrics.
  • Deliver regular updates to HR and business leadership on recruitment performance and progress.
Candidate & Hiring Manager Experience
  • Elevate the candidate journey through branding, onboarding coordination, and meaningful introductions to company culture and growth opportunities.
  • Support seamless internal handoffs from recruitment through onboarding to maximize retention and engagement.
  • Foster a strong relationship between recruiters and local site leadership to drive local hiring success.
Business Partnership
  • Operate with a consultative, business partner mindset to advise hiring leaders on talent planning and market trends.
  • Stay abreast of regional labor market trends and workforce planning best practices to drive strategic recruitment decisions.

Qualifications

 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree a plus.
  • 7+ years of progressive recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing geographically dispersed recruiting teams.
  • Experience in high-growth, matrixed organizations of 5,000+ employees strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success reengineering recruiting processes and implementing scalable TA frameworks.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to partner effectively with operational and HR leadership.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
