Receptionist - Mercedes-Benz of Clear Lake

Mercedes-Benz of Clear Lake is part of fast growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail and we are looking to add a qualified RECEPTIONIST to our team.

Schedule: Tue- Sat 9am-6pm 

Main job responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls according to company policy and proper telephone etiquette.
• Direct telephone call to the appropriate parties as necessary.
• Additional administrative responsibilities.
• Operate an internet based phone system.
• Handle multiple lines.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
