• Balancing a cash drawer and deposits
• Daily reconciling of all incoming shipments
• Reconciling accounting schedules to ensure accuracy and timely payments
• Process all purchase orders
• Process all customer return invoices
• Assist customers needing information or invoices on their account in a friendly and timely manner
• Work with inventory control specialist to maintain accurate inventory levels
• Filing all paperwork associated with departmental activities.

• Administrative experience
• Cash drawer deposit experience
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Microsoft Excel experience
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
• Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
