This role will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Responsibilities



  • Manage the full application lifecycle from planning, deployment, and maintenance
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • Establish and enforce development standards around technology stacks, coding practices, and testing
  • Oversee development, configuration, integration, and support of web and cloud-based applications.
  • Evaluate and implement tools and frameworks that support modern development practices and DevOps integration.
  • Monitor performance, reliability, security and coordinate efforts to address issues and improvements.
  • Mentor and guide development teams to ensure alignment with architectural principles and business priorities.
  • Create and maintain documentation.
  • Partner with IT infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance with enterprise standards.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in application management, software development, or solution architecture.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Vue.js, .NET (C#), and Azure cloud services.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and align IT solutions with business strategy.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within IT.
  • Knowledge of enterprise integrations / API management
