Responsibilities:

  • Showcase Vehicles by explaining key features, capabilities, and specifications; conducting test drives; and comparing different models.

  • Prospect for New Customers daily, while maintaining strong relationships with past customers to foster repeat business.

  • Follow Up with Customers using a system designed to enhance customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.

  • Stay Informed on product updates, features, accessories, and inventory to effectively communicate benefits to customers.

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service, ensuring a positive experience and high levels of satisfaction.

  • Participate in Sales Meetings and Training sessions as required.

  • Represent Company Values in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and vendors, ensuring integrity, professionalism, and respect.

Qualifications:

  • Automotive Sales Experience is preferred, but not required.

  • Exceptional Communication Skills, both verbal and written.

  • Confidence in Your Abilities and determination to succeed.

  • Positive Attitude with a high-energy personality.

  • Strong Customer Service Skills with a commitment to delivering excellence.

  • Professional Appearance and Work Ethic.

  • Self-Starter and Motivated with the ability to work independently.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.

  • Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
