• Answer all incoming calls according to company policy and proper telephone etiquette.
• Direct telephone call to the appropriate parties as necessary.
• Additional administrative responsibilities may be assigned.
• Park and retrieve vehicles for customers, ensuring proper placement in parking lots, service areas, or delivery areas.
• Assist service advisors.

• Previous receptionist experience helpful.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Willing to help walk and check out customers.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
