Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and answer calls for the Service Department, efficiently directing calls or taking messages when necessary
• Process payments from customers, including cash, checks, or authorized charge accounts
• Provide customers with accurate change and receipts
• Record charge purchases in compliance with office manager policies
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism while managing administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding customer service skills and a positive, friendly attitude
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
