Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the call center team to ensure all customer issues and concerns are resolved promptly.
  • Ensure that service and sales customers are greeted promptly in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Engage with customers waiting for their vehicles in the customer lounge.
  • Make daily follow up calls to customers who have service concerns in attempt to resolve any concerns.
  • Work closely with the service drive team to ensure things run efficiently.
  • Make daily observations of service department and report to Service Director and Customer Relations Director daily/weekly.
  • Discuss ideas with Sales Managers and Service Director that would help improve the overall customer experience.
  • Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the company’s vision, mission and values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers.

Qualifications

  • One or more years of previous experience as a customer relations representative preferred.
  • Prior service department experience preferred.
  • ADP Dealer Services Experience a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.
  • Great attitude with high-energy personality.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance and work ethic.
  • Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
