Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess the extent of repairs needed
  • Prepare detailed repair estimates, considering both parts and labor costs
  • Collaborate with customers, insurance agents, and internal teams to explain estimates and repair processes
  • Maintain accurate records of repair orders, updates, and related communications
  • Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure repairs are performed efficiently and to high standards
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in collision repair techniques

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Collision Estimator or in a similar role within the automotive industry
  • Proficiency in estimating software and familiarity with industry-specific tools
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Professional appearance and work ethic.
