Responsibilities

This position requires an individual who can multi-task daily functions relating to automotive warranty claims review and submissions.

 

Duties include:

 

  • Review warranty repair orders to manufacturer warranty guidelines
  • Ensure all documentation on repair order is within manufacturer guidelines prior to closing
  • Assist in maintaining technician flag hours
  • Review and assist in maintenance of warranty g/l accounts.

Qualifications

Requirements (include but are not limited to):

 

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal)
  • Automotive dealership knowledge a plus
  • Two plus years automotive experience (preferred but not required)
